CA DOJ Withdraws Proposed “Assault Weapon” Regulations…

The California DOJ run by Attorney General Xavier Becerra, has withdrawn new “assault weapon” ban proposals, written in accordance with California’s new ban on bullet button rifles. You may recall the criticism, because the proposals went far beyond what is necessary, for the required registration process. Ideas that were influenced by the gun ban lobby no doubt.

The regs here at the Office of Administrative Law.
