Per Chuck Michel over on Facebook, the California DOJ has submitted its new “assault weapon” regulations, to the Office of Administrative Law. Of course they’re not making the draft public, to prevent giving CRPA and company a head start, in discovering the potential illegalities like the last draft. Which doesn’t bode well. This is why citizens must contribute to Second Amendment advocacy groups like the California Rifle & Pistol Association.
Today the California DOJ sent its draft “assault weapon” regulations to the Office of Administrative Law. DOJ refuses to release the regulations to us and says they aren’t public!
