Concealed Carry Suit Against Yolo County Being Decided

It’s good to know that Alan Gura recently argued in court against Sheriff Ed Prieto’s arbitrary policy of issuing gun permits. Apparently the sheriff thinks it’s fine to use outdated illegal methods to deny Second Amendment rights to citizens. The suit is headed by the Calguns Foundation and Second Amendment Foundation. This is ultimately not going to turn out well for those who use such practices.
