Rehberg Amendment Blocks Illegal ATF Record Keeping

Congressman Denny Rehberg of Montana introduced an amendment to stop the use of funds for unauthorized multiple sales reporting and registration proposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. It passed the U.S. House Committee on Appropriations by a vote of 30 to 19. If it becomes law no more long gun registration not authorized by Congress.
