New Hampshire Permitless Carry Advances to Senate

Remember when only a few states had “shall issue”? New Hampshire could be the next state to have permitless concealed carry soon. Permitless carry legislation was recently passed in the Senate Judiciary Committee 4 to 1. It already passed through the state House by a 193 to 122 vote. House Bill 536 is scheduled for the Senate on May 2.
