Supreme Court reverses and remands Chicago gun ban
The Second Amendment has been incorporated through the Fourteenth Amendment. Bottom line is that the decision was 5-4 via due process. The dissenting judges are Stevens, Breyer, joined by Ginsburg and Sotomayor.
