Wisconsin Judge Rules Ban on Carry Unconstitutional

A Clark County judge says that Wisconsin ban on concealed carry of weapons is not constitutional. A Sauk City man was charged with carrying a concealed weapon after he admitted he had a knife in his waistband. This is what happens when the Second Amendment is the law of the land post Heller.
